If you do not have a current COF we will require one prior to booking appointment to put in file. Failure to capture card will result in cancellation of appointment at confirmation. We NOW REQUIRE $25 DEPOSIT FOR ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS. This $25 will be used towards your service at checkout. It’s is non-refundable if you cancel within our 24 hour cancellation time. We will charge card on file 100% of service if you cancel 8 hours or less(no show). For your convenience we add 20% gratuity for all services based on full price service. We also require a facility fee of $5 per person at payment. The facility fee helps pay for spa maintenance and amenities in the spa. Please arrive 20-25 minutes prior to appointment time so you can fill out proper paperwork and change into robe/slippers to start service on time. If you are late or arrive on appointment time we will complete what we can in amount of service time left, but full payment of serve time will be charged. We require 24 hour cancellation notice to not be charged for appointments. No shows and services within 8 hours of appointment will be charged 100% of service. 24-8 hours appointment  cancellation require 50% of payment.
